Easter Meditation

“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard.” (Romans 3:23)
"For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. 
(John 3:16)
Jesus said, “I have come that [you] may have life, and have it to the fullest.” (John 10:10)
without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness...so also Christ died once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will come again, not to deal with our sins, but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for him.” (Hebrews 9:22,28)
they nailed him (Jesus)to the cross. And the criminals were also crucified—one on his right and one on his left.” (Luke 23:33)
He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said.”
